Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces with appropriate chemicals Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells through sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, and floor care tools safely and effectively Conduct window cleaning to ensure clear views and enhance the overall appearance of the property Follow infection control protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning tasks to ensure safety for yourself and guests Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or supplies while adhering to manual handling safety standards MUST be available to work weekends Skills Proven custodial or janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures Strong customer service skills to address guest needs professionally and courteously Expertise in handling cleaning chemicals safely and effectively while maintaining sanitation standards Ability to operate various cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and floor care machines Skilled in window cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices specific to hospitality environments Knowledge of infection control procedures to prevent cross-contamination Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Experience with laundry services management and chemical handling protocols Join us in creating a spotless environment that delights our guests!
