Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces looking their best. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or bulky items safely and efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service at all times. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and detergents. Ability to implement cleaning procedures adhering to health and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
