Job Overview Clean Slate Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for transforming residential spaces into pristine, organized environments. This role involves performing comprehensive cleaning services to ensure our clients' homes are immaculate, healthy, and welcoming. We prioritize exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail, making these qualities essential for success in this position. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of all surfaces Manage complete laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Execute professional floor care including sweeping, polishing hardwood, and deep carpet cleaning to maintain pristine standards Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to and accommodating client preferences during each cleaning session Ensure kitchens and bathrooms meet the highest sanitation and hygiene standards through detailed cleaning protocols Assist with home organization and de-cluttering to create functional, peaceful living spaces Apply professional cleaning techniques and operate equipment efficiently to deliver superior results Document and promptly report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management for client safety and satisfaction

Cleaning Supplies Provided:

All cleaning supplies will be provided on your first day $100

Bonus:

Receive a $100 bonus after completing 90 days on the job

Annual Pay Reviews:

Annual performance reviews provide opportunities for pay increases Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services strongly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience valued Comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices, cleaning products, and professional techniques Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and warmly with clients Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality standards Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required Positive, professional attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development Have reliable transportation Join Clean Slate Solutions in creating beautifully clean and comfortable living environments that enhance our clients' daily lives!
