Responsibilities:
The Salt & Glow Standard Meticulous Room Resets:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, focusing on the "Refined" details, flawless mirror finishes, hand-wiped baseboards, and perfectly vacuumed lines.
Sanitization Excellence:
Maintain our high standards of health by disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms using our signature eco-friendly, green cleaning agents.
Surface & Floor Care:
Restore the shine to hardwoods and the softness to carpets using professional techniques that protect our clients' investments.
Laundry & Linen Service:
Handle laundry tasks (washing, folding, and bed-making) with the same care and precision you would use in your own home.
Neighborly Communication:
Act as a professional ambassador for Salt & Glow, communicating warmly with clients and ensuring their specific "special requests" are handled with care.
Integrity & Safety:
Follow strict safety protocols and security procedures, ensuring every home is treated with the utmost respect and privacy. Who You Are (Experience & Traits)
The Detail-Oriented Expert:
You notice the dust on the picture frame that others miss. Previous experience in high-end residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality is highly desirable.
