What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, fitness spaces, and guest-request areas to brand standards Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and ensure housekeeping has enough supplies for each shift Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with late checkouts as needed Handle minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, touch-up painting, basic plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting) Record and track maintenance issues using Quore and communicate updates to leadership Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner Keep storage and laundry areas clean, stocked, and organized

Who You Are:

Friendly, guest-focused, and professional in appearance and attitude Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Safety-minded and comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs Comfortable using basic computer systems for logging work and communication
