Employee Position About Us:

Penelope's House Cleaning is a reputable company providing top-notch cleaning services to apartment complexes in the Livonia and Farmington Hills area. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Apartment Complex Cleaner. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize stand-up and backpack vacuums to thoroughly clean and maintain common area floors, including hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces. Clean and maintain laundry facilities by ensuring washers and dryers are free from lint and debris. Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated dumpsters, ensuring proper sanitation. Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently and to high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all common areas, including entryways, stairwells, and community rooms.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting between locations in Livonia and Farmington Hills. Proficiency in operating stand-up and backpack vacuums. Physical capability to stand for long periods, navigate stairs, and lift equipment as needed. Must be able to lift and carry 70 pounds. Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.

Compensation and Details:

Starting pay: $16.25 per hour.

Work schedule:

4 to 8 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week. This is an employee position, and all necessary supplies and equipment are provided. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated individual to our team and offering opportunities for growth and development based on performance.
