Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Assist with deep cleaning projects as required. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Experience in floor care management is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
