This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity. You are never required to accept a job that does not fit your schedule. However, once you accept a job, you are committing to completing it on the scheduled date and time. Accepted jobs cannot be rescheduled except in a genuine emergency. How It Works Provide us with your general availability. You will receive notifications when new cleaning jobs become available. Open the BookingKoala app to review the location, date, time, cleaning details, and flat-rate compensation. Accept or decline each opportunity. Available jobs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You are not guaranteed a specific number of jobs or required to accept every opportunity. Responsibilities Complete residential standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Follow the full cleaning checklist provided for each job. Upload clear before-and-after photos through BookingKoala. Arrive on time and complete every accepted job as scheduled. Communicate promptly if an issue occurs at a customer's home. Maintain professional behavior and deliver consistent, detailed work. Requirements General liability insurance required before becoming active. Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Willingness and ability to use the BookingKoala app. Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to travel throughout Oakland and/or Macomb County. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist correctly. Ability to take and upload clear before-and-after photos for every cleaning. Dependable, punctual, and able to honor every job you accept. Willingness to complete a background check and provide professional references. Compensation and Scheduling Each job includes a predetermined flat-rate payment that you can review before accepting. Payments are issued weekly, and cleaners keep 100% of customer tips. There is no fixed employee schedule. You choose the jobs that fit your availability, but reliability is mandatory once a job has been accepted.
