Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for use. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms in hotels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols for various surfaces and materials. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods.
