We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Okalee of Medina an Assisted Living Facility. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such common areas and bathrooms. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitary environment for our clients.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Help with room turns as people move out

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
