Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safe and effective results. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Clean floors thoroughly using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, or carpet cleaning techniques to preserve floor care quality. Manage outdoor work when necessary, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance. Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining efficiency through excellent time management skills. Skilled in dusting, sanitation practices, and implementing cleaning protocols that meet health standards. Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across different settings. Exceptional client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any special requests confidently. Physical ability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
