In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas, as well as managing laundry services including washing, drying, and dry cleaning items. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel environment and possess strong skills in cleaning and laundry operations. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when reordering is necessary. Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel setting is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and laundry procedures. Ability to operate laundry machines and dry cleaning equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
