Maintain organized schedules through effective time management to ensure timely completion of all cleaning appointments. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and outdoor work experience is a plus. Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the ability to implement them efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
