- Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct industrial cleaning duties as necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Manage floor care responsibilities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Adhere to safety guidelines while performing custodial duties to maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotel or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or extra care. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus but not required.
