Tara Plantation of Carthage The mission of Tara Plantation is to insure a safe and secure environment and to provide the care necessary to enhance our resident's quality of life. We strive to provide the highest quality of care, respecting the privacy and dignity of our residents and offering a homelike environment that each resident deserves.GENERAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
The necessary 2-step tuberculosis test within 30 days before or 7 days after employment.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Making beds.
- Notifying managers of damages and deficits for repair.
- Maintaining stock on housekeeping cart and maintaining equipment used for duties.
- Perform cleaning procedures in the way prescribed by management.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
EDUCATION
- Knowing and protecting Resident's privacy rights under new HIPPA rules.
- In house training provided
