Arrowood Manufacturing is looking for a dependable Part Time Child Care Provider & Part Time Cleaner/Organizer which combines to make a Full Time Position to help keep our employees productive & our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. The goal is to assist our employees with part-time Child Care and to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. This position starts with child care and facility cleaning and organizing , with the option to expand into personal assistant-type work, including small house cleaning, errands, and light administrative support — depending on your interests and availability.

Hours:

35-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

Primary Responsibilities:

Child care 50% of the time. Typically one week childcare & one week cleaning & organizing. Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, restrooms, etc.) Perform and document routine inspection and light maintenance (air filters, light bulbs, etc.) Carry out occasional special cleaning projects Stock and maintain cleaning supplies Expanded (Optional)

Responsibilities:

House cleaning (2 small homes in Norwood/Albemarle) Local errands or shopping (Stanly County and occasionally Charlotte) Minor administrative tasks (organizing to-do lists, errands, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills:

Experienced Child Care Provider Proven experience as a cleaner or custodian Strong organizing skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy Valid driver's license and clean background check required
