We provide high-quality cleaning services for vacation rentals and residential homes throughout Oak Island and the surrounding area. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, notice the little things, and can be trusted to complete a job thoroughly and efficiently. What We're Looking For The right candidate is: Reliable and punctual - our clients and teammates depend on you to show up when scheduled Detail-oriented - you notice the hair behind the bathroom door, crumbs under the toaster, fingerprints on appliances, and the little things that make a home truly feel clean Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable working as part of a team and communicating with team leaders and coworkers Able to follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards Able to manage time effectively and work at a steady, efficient pace Willing to receive feedback and correct issues when necessary Respectful of clients' homes, belongings, and privacy Dependable, professional, and ready to work Responsibilities Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean mirrors, glass, appliances, and other high-touch surfaces Remove trash and replace supplies as needed Make beds and prepare vacation rental properties for arriving guests Identify and address details that may have been missed during the initial clean Complete a final self-inspection before leaving each property Communicate maintenance concerns, damages, missing items, or unusual conditions to management Work cooperatively with other cleaners and team leaders when assigned to a team Requirements Reliable transportation to and from assigned properties Reliable phone and ability to communicate with management during scheduled shifts Ability to perform physically active work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies/equipment Ability to work independently after training Dependable attendance Cleaning experience is a plus, but reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail are more important than previous professional cleaning experience Schedule We have opportunities for cleaners based on current client demand and availability. Saturday availability is especially valuable during vacation rental season. Additional weekday hours may be available for residential cleaning and vacation rental services. Why Join Saltwater Luxe?
