• Job Summary:

• The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and well-organized. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the overall guest/resident experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly disposition.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as necessary. Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Restock supplies such as toiletries and paper products in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Assist with laundry services as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
