Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment communities in Cozad and Gothenburg, Nebraska . This position is 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

Weekly cleaning of apartment building hallways and laundry rooms in both communities Cleaning and preparing apartment homes for new residents (unit turnovers) as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation to travel between Cozad and Gothenburg Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
