Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper safety techniques Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning when applicable Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services while maintaining professionalism and friendliness Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or outdoor work experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling techniques Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Experience in housekeeper management or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable living environments!
