Job Description
Experienced preferred. 40 hours a week. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attending customers and getting clothes ready. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean work environment. Launder and Fold Clothes Handle dry cleaning services from start to finish Maintain cleanliness in all rooms. Operate cash registers for any cash handling duties related to laundry services or guest transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
