Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces across various rooms in residential homes. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments, adhering to safety standards at all times. Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and outdoor work as needed. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of cleaning detergents and equipment. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service. Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or reporting on completed work. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and outdoor surface upkeep. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and equipment used in house cleaning. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction and feedback. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties. Experience in laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
