PM About Us:

Rosewood on the Sound is a warm, resident-centered Assisted Living Facility dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas. Empty trash and replace liners. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces. Restock housekeeping supplies as needed. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management. Follow infection control and facility cleaning protocols. Work independently while completing assigned housekeeping tasks efficiently. Provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare, assisted living, nursing home, hotel, or commercial cleaning is a plus). Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate toward older adults.
