We help create beautifully maintained homes so our clients can feel calmer, more comfortable and enjoy their spaces more fully. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming spaces, staying active throughout the day and working in a positive environment. Training is provided, so previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. What You'll Do Clean and maintain client homes using professional cleaning methods and products Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub and sanitize surfaces throughout the home Support the overall upkeep and maintenance of organized homes Work independently and occasionally with a team depending on the project Qualifications & Skills Positive, upbeat attitude Open-minded and non-judgmental Strong communication and interpersonal skills Extremely detail-oriented Self-motivated and dependable Able to stay focused and prioritize tasks throughout the day Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Must have access to a smartphone or computer for scheduling and time tracking Project locations vary throughout WNY Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to climb stairs, use a step stool or small ladder Ability to stand, crouch and kneel for extended periods of time Schedule Thursday 9am-4pm Friday 9am-1pm Varys from week to week but shifts are scheduled between these times averaging 3-6 hours per week.

While we try to schedule employees in the same general area each day whenever possible, schedules can change based on client needs and employees must be comfortable driving to different areas throughout WNY.
