Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain high Hilton standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and managing waste disposal efficiently. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hard floors to ensure cleanliness and safety. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial tasks such as replenishing supplies, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring storage areas are organized. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and inventory control for cleaning supplies. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation standards. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with janitorial or custodial work in hotels or similar settings is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
