This is a perfect role for someone who sees housekeeping and family support as two sides of the same coin—keeping spaces beautiful and organized so the family can thrive.

• The Role (In Real Terms)
• About 80% of your time
• will be focused on what you're passionate about: maintaining our homes beautifully.
• About 20%
• will involve direct family support—helping with our kids when things get busy, coordinating pickups and activities, and being a calm, dependable presence. You'll be working alongside our full-time nanny and directly supporting mom. This is a
• collaborative team environment

• What You'll Do Housekeeping & Home Care (80%)
• Daily cleaning & organization
• across our Brooklyn townhome and Montauk beach residence, keeping both spaces calm, guest-ready, and beautiful
• Laundry & wardrobe care
• for the whole family—washing, delicates, steaming, folding, seasonal rotation (we appreciate someone who actually cares about how things are cared for)
• Kitchen support
• including meal prep, simple healthy cooking, basic grocery restocking, and keeping our kitchen organized and functional
• Seasonal transitions
• —closets, linens, beach gear rotation, getting Montauk ready for summer, etc.
• Household operations
• like monitoring supplies, identifying maintenance issues, and coordinating with vendors
• Proactive problem-solving
• —you'll anticipate what's needed before anyone has to ask Family & Child Support (20%)
• Baby care support
• —watching our youngest, helping with basic needs, engaging and keeping them safe and happy
• School runs & activities
• —picking kids up from school/activities, helping coordinate the daily shuffle
• Backup support for mom and our nanny
• —being an extra set of hands during busy mornings, after-school chaos, or when flexibility is needed
• Errand runs in Montauk
• —local shopping, pickups, and household needs
• Who We're Looking For
• 3+ years of housekeeping experience
• in a private home (ideally with family households)
• Genuinely enjoys working with kids
• and being around a busy family—this matters
• Comfortable working independently
• but also as part of a small team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• —you see what needs doing and handle it
• A confident home cook
• who can follow recipes and prepare healthy meals
• Valid driver's license
• and comfortable driving locally in Montauk
• Calm, warm, and flexible

• Discreet, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
• —you understand the rhythm of a busy household
• Service-oriented mindset

• Hours:

• 10:30 AM
• 7:30 PM

• Fall/Winter/Spring:

• Tuesday through Saturday (Brooklyn)

• Summer:

• Wednesday through Sunday (Montauk)
• Primary base in Brooklyn
• with extended time in Montauk during summer months
• Schedule is consistent week-to-week
• with advance notice for any changes related to family travel
• Flexibility matters
