Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained. Your efforts will directly contribute to the positive experiences of our guests and uphold the high standards of cleanliness our hotel is known for. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort Follow sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus Familiarity with residential or commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and sanitation procedures Customer service skills to interact politely with guests and team members Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience with laundry operations and housekeeping management is advantageous Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets comfort!
