Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of short term rental and private residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain proper sanitation protocols by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and addressing any special requests or concerns. Assist with air bnb management tasks in short term rental settings or similar environments to ensure interior of home and exterior amenities are pristine. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures. Experience Prior cleaning experience is preferred; experience in hotel housekeeping or air bnb cleaning is a plus. Experience with laundry operations and maintaining sanitation standards in various settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe work practices. Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
