Overview We are seeking dedicated Janitorial/Housekeeping/Laborers to join our team in a permanent position. This role offers stability with paid vacations, holidays, health insurance, and annual raises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities at same address, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Prior experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and willing to train. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in facilities cleaning services to grow within a supportive organization. This is a permanent position after your 90 days; we are looking to fill several shifts. Laborers will be needed for afternoon and overnight shifts but will have to train on day shift. Janitorial, will need day and afternoon shifts. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial, and industrial settings Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Assist with custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting daily Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects or additional duties as assigned

Laborer:

Support facilities maintenance activities. Garbage, floors, several other job duties Experience Prior janitorial, laborer, custodial experience is desirable, especially in commercial or industrial, manufactory environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, scrubbing, sweepers (walk behind/rider) and polishing Previous laborer experience in a maintenance setting Ability to work independently, self-starter and as a part of a team with attention to detail and reliability

Pay:

From $18.05 per hour
