Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Housekeeper (HK) must be able to tend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. While cleaning the clubhouse and surrounding grounds the housekeeper must adhere to all sanitation requirements set by the county and state. The HK must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Skaneateles Country Club (SCC). HK's must be neat and well-groomed in accordance to SCC's Team Member standards. SCC Housekeepers are team players who work effectively with co-workers, managers and other departments to support and maintain a high level of sanitation for the members and guests. It is the HK's responsibility to provide a clean, orderly environment that helps create a world class experience for our members and guests.REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Reliable, member-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
- Good listening skills to make sure that they are meeting the needs of the members and club for cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
