What a Typical Day Looks Like Each weekday morning, you'll start from home and head to 2-3 client homes, typically working alone or with a teammate. Your day includes 6-7 hours of active cleaning—walking, bending, carrying supplies, and performing detailed house cleaning tasks. Routes are scheduled geographically to minimize drive time. You'll follow proven cleaning systems, manage your time independently, and communicate with the office as needed, finishing your day by mid-afternoon. • Clean assigned client homes thoroughly and efficiently
• Follow company cleaning protocols and checklists
• Manage your daily route and schedule with minimal supervision
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Maintain supplies and equipment responsibly
• Support teammates when needed and uphold company standards Pay & Schedule
• Paid training at $16/hour for one week
• Performance-based wage $21
• 25/hour thereafter
• Average weekly earnings $800
