Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards. Ensure all surfaces, furniture, linens, and amenities are spotless and well-maintained. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine appearance. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other essentials to guarantee guest comfort. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and room status updates to support operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping roles within hotels or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management. Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus for leadership opportunities.
