Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Deep cleaning between tenant transitions. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as needed. Report damages or maintenance needs to property managers. Ensure properties meet high cleanliness standards and are move-in ready.

Requirements:

Proven experience in professional cleaning - 5 years experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation to various properties.
