The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities Sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and remove trash Clean common areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces as assigned Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or housekeeping services Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Follow all company health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in Experience Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies Weekend and holiday availability may be required Join us in helping guests feel at home by delivering spotless rooms and outstanding service every day!
