Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Clerk and housekeeper to join our team. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing cabins, as well as doing laundry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for sales and cleanliness.

GIFT SHOP

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
• Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems, but not required.

HOUSEKEEPING

• Experience not required, but good learning skills are.
• Mobility is a must. There are tight spaces and stairs in the cabins.
• Good eye for Detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Have the ability to work quickly but efficiently.
• We supply all cleaning supplies.
