This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Care for floors through proper sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques to uphold high standards of cleanliness Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including staying late when required based on business needs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required May be required to step into the role of "Inspector" in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper Ensure quality control by inspecting rooms and public areas when assigned Bilingual (a plus) Join us in creating memorable experiences by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
