What "done" looks like in every room, what order the work happens in, what actually goes in the caddy. Then you'd train the person we hire after you. We're not promising you'll get your way on everything. We are promising you'll be in the room. What you'd own Setting and documenting the cleaning standard Training our second hire, and every hire after that Running first cleans and move outs, the jobs that need someone who knows what they're doing Telling us when we're wrong about something What we're looking for Three or more years of professional residential cleaning. You've trained someone before, or you're ready to. You have opinions about process and you're willing to say them out loud to the owners. Reliable car, valid license, current insurance. What you get $25/hour , with a clear path to Coach at $27 All equipment provided. HEPA backpack vacuum, microfiber system, every product. Occasionally a realtor needs a house cleaned Saturday morning before an open house. When that happens we ask, and you get a weekday off that same week.
