Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Your proactive approach will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our hotel. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform window cleaning and floor care to maintain a pristine appearance in all areas Handle laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including pressure washers when necessary for exterior areas Maintain proper chemical handling procedures and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety during cleaning tasks Conduct sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces following infection control protocols Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or supplies as needed Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably in a commercial setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly with proper PPE use Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, and other tools Understanding of infection control standards and sanitation procedures necessary for health safety compliance Join our team to help create a welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable and cared for!
