Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items with proper technique to prevent injury while moving or rearranging household items. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service that fosters trust and satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment. Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including carpet care, tile polishing, and outdoor surface maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts. Exceptional customer service abilities with clear communication skills for client interaction. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Familiarity with outdoor work environments and residential housekeeping standards.
