Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Clean and defrost refrigerators when needed. Remove trash and restock guest amenities and supplies. Inspect rooms carefully to ensure no personal belongings or cleaning supplies are left behind. Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to management. Maintain cleanliness in hallways and assigned public areas. Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
