The Environmental Service Aide is responsible for performing all housekeeping duties necessary to clean and beautify residents' homes, apartments, living spaces, including public areas and administrative office areas on a regular schedule. Keeps work areas clean and orderly, keeps all equipment clean and free of dirt and germs to maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements for the Environmental Service Aide (Housekeeping) : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Prior experience as an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper) preferred. Long-term care or health experience preferred. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork. Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different. Have good attention to detail and time management.
