We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our healthcare Environmental Services (EVS) team in Royersford, PA. In this role, you will help maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided to help you learn our cleaning procedures, safety standards, and daily responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces. Perform routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas. Follow infection control protocols, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures. Properly collect, handle, and dispose of waste, including designated biohazard materials, following facility procedures. Training will be provided. Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other necessary materials. Keep cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and properly maintained. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens, as assigned. Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and other cleaning requests. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns to the supervisor. Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe. Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude when interacting with residents, visitors, and staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. Qualifications Previous Experience Preferred - Not Required Required Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with elderly residents.
