The Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel is seeking employees for our Housekeeping staff. We are looking for responsible people who work well individually or as part of a team. Bringing great customer service to our guest's experience is one of our top priorities. Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas. Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors. Clean mirrors, windows, bathroom fixtures, and other surfaces. Replenish toiletries, towels, and guest room supplies. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Report maintenance problems, damaged items, and lost property to the appropriate supervisor. Follow hotel cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly. Respond politely to guest requests and maintain guest privacy. Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the required time. Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supply storage areas.

• Maintain a high standard of appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper
• uniform and nametag when working.
• Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50lbs
• Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, and twist
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to cross-train in other areas of the hotel
• Perform other duties requested by management
