Located in a vibrant area, this role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities as needed. Conduct thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, and furniture using appropriate methods and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in laundry duties as required to maintain inventory of clean linens and towels. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
