Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized cleaning cart and adhere to proper safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in Senior Living housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
