• Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge to fulfill guest requests promptly

• Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
• Knowledge of phone systems and hotel management software
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
