Job Description

Positions Available:

Housekeeping Lead Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $18-$22.50ph . This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Additional Compensation:

Requirements:

Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be bilingual (English & Spanish preferred). Must have reliable transportation. Should have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping leadership experience. Willing to work on weekends and holidays. Willing to do heavy lifting.

Housekeeping Lead/Supervisor Responsibilities:

Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met. Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required. Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service. Providing training to the housekeeping staff. Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed. Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals. Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
