Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and comfortable stay. Your attention to detail and dedication will contribute directly to our guests' positive experiences. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle chemical agents safely, following safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel protocols Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a spotless environment Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies as needed Restock supplies including towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to custodial and janitorial best practices Experience Prior hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of floor cleaning, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures essential Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, buffers, and extractors beneficial Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
