Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces of the hotel
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
• Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries as needed
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags in all areas of the hotel
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
