Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing rags. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment after use. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with a focus on quality service delivery. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards. Skilled in floor cleaning methods including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and floor care maintenance. Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for exterior property cleaning or maintenance tasks. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities required for thorough cleaning routines. Effective client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
